THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS AND CONDITIONS") STATE IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING YOUR USE OF INTALLIS (INTALLIS) COMPUTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH INTALLIS. YOU SHOULD READ THEM VERY CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO YOUR AND OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR THE INTALLIS SERVICES.
"AGREEMENT"
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH EACH ACCEPTED PLAN ORDER SUBMITTED BY YOU AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, STATE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INTALLIS (THE "AGREEMENT"). You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to use the Intallis website, or obtain Intallis Services.
The terms of use mentioned here encompasses a legal and enforceable treaty between Intallis and You. The “terms” stated here mention important requirements related to Your use of Intallis' support Services that You opted or initiated via the Intallis website (www.Intallis.com). It’s in your best interest that you read these terms carefully before choosing the Services of Intallis. Intallis advises here to not to click or reply in written through an email from www.Intallis.com (email id: billing@Intallis.com) with subject line as “payment authorization request “on the “I Accept” or “Agree” button before you completely go through the stated terms.
In case you find the terms of Service unacceptable, it will be difficult for Intallis to render Services to You. In that case you are free to click “Cancel” or a similar button, or indicate refusal through other means like email, and not opt for our Services. We will render our Services only if You subscribe to any of INTALLIS plans delivered through Intallis website.
It should be noted that INTALLIS plans are meant for a particular period. We do not warrant REFUND of fees, if at all You fail to use the Services on offer during the subscription period. For more details please read our Refund Policy mentioned underneath.
- 1Definitions
Here are the definitions of certain “terms” we use in the Terms of Service laid out before you. - Please go through them so that you will have more clarity on the matter.
"Content"
Software, materials, Services, and other related information.
"You" or "you"
You simply means You, the customer of INTALLIS. It encompasses any individual or a company You are acting on behalf of.
"INTALLIS Certified Technicians"
All technical experts and specialists INTALLIS (website : www.Intallis.com) employs and certifies to provide technical Services to You under this contract.
"Subscription Based Plans" and "Plans"
INTALLIS offers incident-based, single day, weekly, quarterly, and yearly plans.
"Services"
- a All INTALLIS Services offered on phone or on the Internet delivered by INTALLIS via its technicians, including computer optimization and clean-up are hereby referred to as Services.
- bINTALLIS holds the right to change the Scope of Services without any prior notice. We can even discontinue the Services as per our decision. Refer to the Refund Policy for further details.
- cINTALLIS Services include both subscription-based as well as incidence-based Services.
"Subscription-based Services"
Our Subscription Services comprises of all tenure-based Services including yearly, two-yearly, and three-yearly.
"Incident-based-Services"
All non-tenured “single incident Services” fall under Incident-based Services. As per this Service, INTALLIS technicians resolve a specific technical problem with Your computer.
"Materials"
Any online content including web casts, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, or quick reference guides downloaded from the www.Intallis.com website. However, the design, logo or layout of INTALLIS does not include in this.
Any material downloaded from our official website is proprietary and copyrighted works of INTALLIS
"Software"
By the term ‘software’, INTALLIS means any computer program that is delivered via download, CD/DVD or other media, or through other delivery method, such as client and/or network security software. This may include the ones developed, marketed, and distributed by INTALLIS or any third-party software. As protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws, the usage of this software is governed by respective agreements including a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included in the software , ordering documents, exhibits and other applicable License terms.
The Terms of Use also address Software as the “support software tool”.
- 2Services
- 2.1 Introduction
INTALLIS provides services as prescribed in the terms of use. The services are offered over phone, through a live chat session or via remote access to Your computer.
You can call INTALLIS on our toll-free number and explain the Issue(s) that you face with your PC. Our technicians, with your permission, will take remote access of your computer to diagnose and identify the problem and will then explain the exact cause of the problem to you. He may also suggest different INTALLIS Plans on offer from which You can select the right one that you prefer. However You need to make advance payment to get Your PC fixed. Our technicians may not be able to help you to rectify the issue(s) if You don’t opt for any of the our plans.
As part of our effort to continually improve the usability and performance of its Products and Services, INTALLIS reserves the right to modify the Services on offer.
- 2.2Remote Access
INTALLIS Certified Technicians are required to remotely access Your PC to deliver the Services, for which they need a high-speed Internet connection. It is your responsibility to make it available to our technician. You are also required to assist the technician in whichever means possible while he diagnoses and repairs Your PC, failing which can be considered as breach of agreement. Our technician will decide on the procedures to follow while he accesses your computer remotely, which you need to accept.
- 2.3Support Software Tool
INTALLIS Certified Technician at a remote session may:
- Ask and assist You to download and install a support software.
- Assist You to use the remote assist tool and facilitate remote access.
- Utilize certain third-party software, which will be removed once the task at hand has been accomplished.
- 2.4Our Services Include
Services that our certified technicians from INTALLIS are proficient in delivering include—(I) PC optimization; (ii) Diagnosis and removal of online threats; (iii) Installation and updates of operating system, antivirus and other software applications and utilities; (iv) Resolution of software, network, and connected peripheral or device-related issues.
Apart from the above stated Services, our experts may also recommend certain software and Services for the general upkeep of Your computer.
Please bear in mind, whatever may be the initial diagnosis, in certain situations, some personal computers may not be able to receive our Services.
- 2.5Commercially Reasonable Effort
INTALLIS trains and certifies its technicians to put in their best effort while they diagnose and fix the problems with Your computer. If for any reason, the techie fails to resolve the issue, INTALLIS will not hold you liable for charges of any kind.
If, amidst the diagnosis, our technician realizes that the problem is beyond our support boundaries (out-of-scope issues), he may use commercially reasonable efforts to refer to the appropriate alternate destination, yet they will not facilitate access for You.
- 2.6Availability of Services
At times, due to system maintenance or upgrade, our Services may not be available in Your time zone or geographical area.
- 2.7Termination of Services
INTALLIS reserves the right to terminate the Services with proper intimation to You if the entity finds that the subscription service You’ve availed is being used by any other person other than You, or on any other system other than the one registered with us. In such a case, INTALLIS will refund a portion of the charge You have paid in advance while You first availed our Services for the days left until its renewal, on pro-rata basis. However the refund is further subject to additional requirements, restrictions, and limitations of the subscription plan You’ve availed. To gain more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
- 2.1 Introduction
- 3.Undertaking
INTALLIS will use commercially reasonable efforts to address your query. However, the Services INTALLIS intends to offer are subject to the terms of use stated here and any terms laid out under the respective plan order. In most cases, INTALLIS will diagnose and solve a problem using remote access, e-mail or chat, or other means it deems necessary or appropriate, based on the prevalent circumstances.
No residual software will be left over on your computer as the result of remote access. However, you will receive a text file containing an explanation of the work done on your PC. You can either save the file for future reference or delete the same.
All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to the INTALLIS' Limited Warranty, set forth below:
- 4. Payment of Services
INTALLIS Certified Technicians will communicate the charges for INTALLIS Services you wish to avail on telephone. Same is mentioned on our website as well. The amount includes all applicable taxes and the preferred mode of payment is Credit Card.
For the services you wish to avail via the INTALLIS site (www.Intallis.com):
- aYou need to authorize INTALLIS to charge your credit card as fee for the Services you wish to avail. You can also use other modes of payment; however the same should be recognized by INTALLIS as well.
- bAll payments of Services opted for need to be done at the time of purchase.
- cINTALLIS reserves the right to claim an interest of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by the law, whichever is lesser, on any outstanding dues from your end.
- dINTALLIS is not obligated to provide any Service if the payment for the same is not made.
When you avail our Services, you agree to pay a service fee for selected plan (1-year, 2-year, or 3-year). A Plan order will be set forth for you in line with the Plan you’ve opted and will include are terms set forth including the applicable fee, payment mode, etc.
INTALLIS will collect all payments against the plan orders on behalf of INTALLIS. If the payment under the requisite plan order is not made, INTALLIS will have no obligation to render Services.
Some plans may offer a discount for a Service in addition to the regular Services you avail as part of the Plan. Such discounts are referred to as “Bundled Discount.” You agree to avail such Service for the period set forth in order to benefit from the bundled discount on offer. The said discount is valid until:
- The Plan expires
- You terminate the Service required to avail the “Bundled Discount”
- You terminate the agreement before the end of the plan period
- 4.1Credit Card Billing
- 4.1.1 Authorizations Required
You may be asked to provide us information of the credit card against which you wish to be charged for the Services you avail from INTALLIS. You authorize INTALLIS to charge and/or place on hold any un-paid payment against the Services you intend to avail from us. You also authorize the card issuer to make payments against the Services you wish to avail without demanding a signed receipt and you agree that these charges are to be produced to the card issuer to claim the payment against your credit card.
INTALLIS also has an authorization from your end that the establishment or any agency that bills products and services, or acts as a billing agent for INTALLIS to continue to attempt to charge and/or place on hold any payment in full, or any portion thereof, to the credit card you’ve provided till the said payments are made in full. You also agree to provide updated credit card information upon our request or whenever the information with us in no longer valid. You acknowledge that neither INTALLIS nor any agents, or parties acting on behalf of INTALLIS as billing agents can be held responsible for any insufficient funds or other charges you’ve incurred as a result of attempts to charge and/or place holds on, against the credit card you hold.
- 4.1.2 Payment via Debit Card/ECS
If by mistake you’ve provided a debit card number instead of a credit card number, INTALLIS has the authorization to charge all the payments described herein against the debit card. However, you can get the same changed to a credit card at any time. In case you’ve enrolled or plan to enrol to an electronic funds transfer plan, all the payments will be transferred to an account number given for such automatic payment or funds transfer plan as per the preference INTALLIS. All payments made via the debit or credit card are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth by that credit card issuer.
- 4.1.1 Authorizations Required
- 4.2Renewal Policy
You are in agreement here that subscription under recurring payment plan will automatically renew for a month unless you notify otherwise (“Auto Renewal”). However subscription under 1-year/2-year/3-year plan will terminate after the period has lapsed and does not get renewed automatically. To renew your yearly, bi-yearly, tri-yearly subscription plan, you can call INTALLIS and opt for a payment option and we will charge you with the amount of the then prevailing subscription charges as per the payment option you’ve selected.
For auto-renewal after the period has lapsed, you need to call us at +91 971-709-2438 / and state your preferences one month prior to the subscription end date.
- 4.3Privacy Policy
- 4.3.1 Use Limitations
You can only use the Services, Materials, and Software INTALLIS offer for personal and non-professional purposes, unless clearly stated otherwise.
- 4.3.2 Non-Commercial Use Limitation
INTALLIS does not permit any modification, copying, distribution, transmission, display, reproduction, publishing, licensing, modification, creation of derivative works from, transfer of, distribution or selling of any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services, Materials, or Software. All Services, Materials, or Software come under a valid Service Plan.
- 4.3.3 Unlawful Use Limitation
As a further condition to use limitations, +91 971-709-2438 does not permit any use of the INTALLIS portal (www.Intallis.com), or any Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are not permitted to use the Services, Materials, or Software in any manner that could cause damage, disable, or overburden the INTALLIS server, or the network connected to the INTALLIS server or hinder the access of any other party to the INTALLIS server, Services, Materials, or Software. You are also strictly prohibited to gain unauthorized access to the INTALLIS server, Services, Materials, or Software, through the means of hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- 4.3.4. Suspension or Termination of Service
Although when it comes to subscription plans, +91 971-709-2438 commits and caters to unlimited support requests, INTALLIS subscription-based services are governed by the fair use policy, which lays down certain terms of termination.
If a subscriber exceeds the level of use reasonably acceptable under a subscription-based plan, then INTALLIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate his/her contract.
If a service from INTALLIS is being used (a) fraudulently (b) or by a person other than the subscriber, or (c) on the computer other than the one registered, INTALLIS reserves the right to terminate such services.
- 4.3.1 Use Limitations

Your decision to opt for our Services means that:- You are the owner of the computer You intend to register with INTALLIS and the license holder of the software You’ve installed on it.
- Your take the responsibility to avail our services.
- You have full control over the hardware and software installed in Your PC.
- All details You’ve shared with us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) are correct to the best of Your knowledge.
- You authorize INTALLIS to charge your credit card for payment against the subscription plan you’ve opted for.
- Under any circumstances and to the extent permitted by law, INTALLIS is not liable for any loss of your data, or will not be held accountable to recover data, applications, or network you’ve lost by using our services.
- While you register with us, it’s your responsibility to provide us with current, accurate and up-to-date information. You will be prompted to enter a Username and Password of your choice. Moreover, it’s your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality with regards to the password of your account with us.
- In case You suspect of any unauthorized access of your account or any other security breach, it’s your responsibility to inform INTALLIS at the earliest. INTALLIS cannot be held liable for any loss you incur as a result of such security issue.
- 5.2Transfer of Services
Transfer of Services from one computer to another can only be done during the subscription period and only if you are the owner of both the computers.

- 6.1Single Incident Plans
In such plans, you pay per incident. They deal with a specific issue with your PC and terminate once the problem is resolved. You also get a follow-up upon request within seven working days of your first call.
Following warranty applies for Single Incident Plans:- In case we are unable to rectify the problem with your PC, and you’ve adhered to the terms and conditions laid in the refund policy mentioned on the website www.Intallis.com, you are not liable to make us payment.
- If we are unable to rectify the problem, we will refund the fee you paid to us as per the per-incident plan you opted for. Check the refund policy for complete details on the website :www.Intallis.com
- 6.2Subscription-based Plans
Charges for subscription-based plans will depend on their duration. Currently INTALLIS offers 1-year, 2-year and 3-year plans.
- 6.3Exclusions from Services
The following are certain exclusions from our Services:
- All items and activities that are not part of the terms of use mentioned herein.
- All services that fall beyond duration limitations.
- A problem and its subsequent support that got interrupted due to hardware issue; or if it is deciphered that the configuration is beyond our control.
- If we find that the software including the operating system and/or the software added to the registered PC are out of the scope for the service plan you’ve opted for.
- Problems that may/ and do result due to:
- a) External hazards to the product registered with us including accident, abuse or problems with electrical power.
- b) Problems that came up because the product was not used as instructed by the manufacturer.
- c) Issues caused due to use of accessories, parts, and components that are incompatible with the product.
- d) Your refusal to follow the instructions from INTALLIS Certified Technicians.
- e) Issues due to hardware glitches.
- 6.1Single Incident Plans
- 7Materials and Software Available on INTALLIS Portal (www.Intallis.com)
INTALLIS permits you to use/download Materials or Software (as each term is defined above), as a part of a Service, or in promotion of the Services. However the usage of any Software or Material is regulated by (a) terms of the end user license agreement (EULA), if any, which accompanies the specific Materials and Software (b) our Terms and conditions in absence of EULA.
As per (a) the EULA, and (b) the Plan Order, the Materials and the Software are available for downloading solely for your use and any reproduction or redistribution of the service is strictly prohibited by law, violating which will invite severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be indicted to the maximum extent possible.
INTALLIS does not permit copying or retransmission of logo, graphic, sound, or image from our website without our consent.
Though we do not limit the foregoing, copying, or reproduction of the materials or software to any other server or location for further reproduction, you are restricted from redistributing it unless permitted by the EULA accompanying the material or software.
As part of our Service, INTALLIS may provide you certain software that is owned by INTALLIS or its third party licensors and suppliers. The right to timely update or change the Software rests on us and you agree to cooperate with us to perform all steps required to install any updates or upgrades to the Software. You are bound to use the Software provided by INTALLIS, only as part of, or for use with, the Service, in accordance with the Service Plan and for no other purpose.
You may use the software accompanied by a EULA from INTALLIS or a third party only as per the terms of the license agreement or by this Agreement, where applicable. You need to first agree to the terms and conditions of the EULA to install or use any Software that accompanies a EULA.
- 8.Terms for Data Security
By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that any data sent or disclosed to us via phone or e-mail is not confidential or proprietary to You. While You opt for our Services, You are expected to share the following information with us.
- 8.1You agree to share information about operating system and browser type If:
- Our technicians install an additional support software tool while amidst the Services session, then the following information will be passed on to the INTALLIS server via a secured connection.
- Files scanned, threats found, and threats fixed by the software support tool (in exact numbers) and their types
- The number and types of remaining threats that are to be fixed
- If the firewall is installed, is it active or not?
- Is the antivirus software installed, and running, and is it up-to-date?
- Current browser settings (security settings, temporary file settings, etc.)
- Complete PC information (current operating system, memory and disk space, proxy configuration, directory listings, etc.)
- The current security status of the computer as the support software tool determines
- Installed and active software
- Application log file and registry data
- Any additional information based on the technical issue you are presently facing with your PC
- 8.2In addition to it, You also agree to:
- Send Your information to other countries where data protection laws are much weaker than Yours. However in that case, INTALLIS will ensure that your data is secure to the full extent.
- Provide Your information to any law information agency upon demand as required or permitted by the law of the land or in response to a subpoena or other legal process.
- Share the information with any research organizations and security software developers if it can detect and prevent Internet security risks. INTALLIS may utilize the information obtained from such statistics to publish reports or changing trends in security hazards.
- 8.1You agree to share information about operating system and browser type If:
- 9.INTALLIS’ Communication Services
You can communicate with INTALLIS’ employees and others regarding your Services under a Plan Order via e-mail services, addresses, bulletin board services, instant messaging services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities.
- 9.1Use of Communication Services
You hereby accept to employ Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you accept that while you employ the Communication Services, you will:
- Never employ Communication Services related to surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (be it commercial or otherwise).
- Do not defame via abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise breach the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Never publish post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, blasphemous, defamatory, vulgar, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
- Cannot upload any file that has images, photographs, service or other material safeguarded by intellectual property laws, which include, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary approval for the same.
- You will not utilize any material or information, including pictures, or photographs, that are available via the Materials in any manner that violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
- Do not upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar service or programs that may harm the computer or property of other party.
- Never indulge in advertising the sale or purchase of any goods or services for any business purpose, unless Communication Services specifically permit such messages.
- Cannot download a file nor can legally reproduce or display or perform it if posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know.
- Do not hold the authority to falsify or delete any proprietary rights notices, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of service or other material enclosed in a file that is uploaded.
- Have no right to restrict or inhibit any other user from experiencing the Communication Services.
- Do not breach any code of conduct or other guidelines that are applicable for any particular Communication Service.
- Do not collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
- Should never breach any applicable law or regulation.
- Should not mislead INTALLIS or others by creating a false identity.
- Never download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not in return for money) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Materials or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
Though INTALLIS holds no obligation, we hold the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials if found objectionable. INTALLIS can terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without any prior notice, whatsoever, the reason may be.
INTALLIS makes it clear that it will disclose any information, if found vital to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Similarly it is INTALLIS' sole discretion to decide whether the content needs to be edited, or removed in whole or in part.
We clarify that any Material uploaded to the Communication Services will be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. As a result, INTALLIS may hold you responsible for sticking on to such limitations if you download the materials.
- 9.1Use of Communication Services

- 10.1 INTALLIS' Warranty Disclaimer
Anyone opting for a software offered by INTALLIS does it at his own risk. It means that INTALLIS cannot be held responsible for any data loss, system malfunction or other problems caused by the usage of the product. INTALLIS also does not provide any guarantee for the performance of the product nor claims that it functions completely trouble-free.
INTALLIS disclaims warranties of all kinds – expressed or implied, in equity or at law to the maximum extent. The entity disclaims warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality and non-infringement. INTALLIS also does not guarantee that all the requirements of the user will be met by its Services nor the Services will be available in an uninterrupted manner. We also do not warranty for any third party product. In case the product is under warranty , you are free to contact your OEM for support, although INTALLIS services are available at your cost.
- 10.2 Limitation of Liability
Unless mentioned otherwise, you cannot hold INTALLIS, its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers responsible for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, punitive or consequential damages caused from (a) the use of Services, (b) any delay or inability to experience the Services, (c) any problem related to the warranty of a third party product or Service (d) problems caused to the PC as a result of unauthorized third party access.
INTALLIS cannot be held liable for any costs of procurement of substitute goods or Services. All actions after three months of damage, be it due to any reason, will stand null. We also make it clear that INTALLIS Services do not include restoration Services, repair Services, lost or expected profits, lost or corrupted data, lost or deleted work, or lost or damaged personal files. The power to change the Services without any prior notice also lies with INTALLIS
- 10.3 Delivery of Services Under Force Majeure Circumstances
You cannot hold INTALLIS responsible for any delay or interruption of Services caused as a result of any natural disaster including flood, earthquake, storm, or any sudden strike by fire, or war, armed conflict, terror act, boycott, riot, release of toxic substance or explosion, which is not under our control. We are also not responsible for delays caused due to problems with the Internet connection.
- 10.4 Indemnity
By accepting our Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify, shield, and hold INTALLIS along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, consultants, suppliers and any third-party Web site providers safe from and against all claims made against demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs. This include actual attorney charges caused as a result of You breaching the clauses of the Terms of Use., or any misuse or abuse of a Service that can lead to infringement or infringement caused by any other user of Your account of any intellectual property or other right of INTALLIS
You hereby admit that You will cooperate with us as required to defend any claim by INTALLIS. The complete authority for full defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You lies on us and You hereby agree that You will not initiate any act to settle a matter without the consent of INTALLIS, unless we give the permission in written form. We also expect You to inform us in case Your account is used in an unauthorized way or any breach of security as soon as it comes to Your notice.

- 10.5 Proprietary Rights of INTALLIS
INTALLIS holds the ownership for all proprietary rights in the Services, the INTALLIS Websites, the Support Software Tool, and in all trade names, trademarks and service marks associated or displayed with the Services. This means You hold no right to remove or deface any copyright or trademark notices or other proprietary rights of INTALLIS
